Received the same Generic Email response from IR today:

"The statements and updates that the company and CEO Eric Clemons  have posted via PRs and social media are still valid and factual. This is the status quo and the only information the IR Dept has at this time.
 
If and when a new material event occurs the company must disclose it to the public and will do so via a PR or a filing. Received response in about 3 hours. Actually was surprised but I guess it doesn't take much effort to copy and paste.
