To all legal and/or accounting experts or familiar person.

I failed to identify any legal expenses anywhere within 2020 10K.

Historically, LQMT buried them under General Admin expense. Since we have a serious decrease from 2019, I have to assume legal expenses (if any) would not be buried in this category.

Does this imply we have ZERO legal expense in "protecting our brand"?

Wonder where did the legal bill go to?
