I'm sure you can find it packed in olive oil somewhere. Trader Joe's has it. So does Whole Foods. And probably some "ordinary" supermarkets.

And as he said, you don't need to add anything to it. And shouldn't. But he's wrong about not being able to get it at Whole Foods. They do have it. They also have just ordinary albacore in olive oil, and it's not much more expensive than water-packed albacore.

Surprisingly, Walmart has ventresca, but it's insanely expensive:
