I would think they would try to get evaporate on the global label or run a definitive trial to get it included. To me being able to track disease progression through imaging should be a no brainer for Amarin. Can you imagine a label addition of combined with a statin to stabilize or reduce plaque in patients diagnosed with atherosclerosis. Also, it would be recommended for anyone of the 1 million people who receive a stent each year. For the life of me I don’t understand why they are not pushing for this.
