Yes, that is 2 ten thousandths of a dollar less than the previous close. Like I said, keep up.

Every thing you know is currently priced in the stock. So until you learn something new, it trades sideways. Since the otc is impatient it really drifts lower.

At some point you might see it start to anticipate the next catalyst. Until then it goes lower, albeit pretty slowly.

A cursory glance at the chart makes this obvious.
