I have real time quotes from Investors Hub.
For me, it's worth the cost. Some of the stocks I like and watch trade both after hours and before hours. This helps me in placing my limit orders. The Market Makers for Winston are tough cookies. Sometimes I get a better price when I pay the ask price.
I like ENPH. It trades both before and after hours. The after hours PPS is 149.96 , I have limit orders in for 145 and 143. I will monitor the before hours PPS and make adjustments if I think it is necessary.

I also like to follow the volume, which gives me an idea of the trend, but it's not always that helpful.
I will call IHub and inquire about the additional cost for level 2. I would to see who the market makers are and see the orders they have. That could be helpful for me.
