Seems the company was acquired by a company called A & S Investment Holdings. Not sure whats gonna come about the stock though if or when it starts trading again.
It appears that the Canadian Stock Exchange (CSE) has recently suspended the trading in Winston Gold Corp (WGMCF). No recent news available for this company via the Winston Gold company, google or Investorshub websites. Volume had quadrupled on a few days the last 2 months.
Does anyone know why the company has been so quiet since June of 2022??
Looking amazing for a few weeks now.
This was the loading zone for the last 2 weeks now.
Volume and accumulation is ramping up.
Something appears to have changed recently and it’s not the price of gold. I still have a ways to go to be whole on this one, but I like the current trend.
Someone is moving the price up. Not large $'s doing it, but it's on the move which is different from what we've seen for many months now.
I hope so too bud.
Good luck to you.
I hope you are right Samuel, A sleeping giant will wake up soon.
I'm a very long term holder and still patient.
It doesn’t matter right now, but volume before price cuz I know this 1st hand from my over a decade trading OTC.
Time will tell.
Doesn’t really matter anyways cause all it usually ends up doing is closing in the red! This POS goes nowhere….FAST!!
Something is up guys IMO!!!!
For over a week now theirs been abnormal trading here on the US and Canadian side.
Is it just me seeing this?
I think we get an update soon here.
Good luck all holding.
As they say! Sleeping giant waking up! Of some sort I guess.
Would be nice to get a positive update for sure. We'll see.
We shall see bud, but this isn’t normal for this ticker at all and it’s been quite some time.
It’s on both tickers that’s why I am assuming something is up.
I was wondering the same. Lots of share volume, but it amounts to very little $ volume at the current share price.
What’s with all the volume today on both the US and Canadian tickers?
Something might be up I think.
Dilution news, company cash flow coming from private placements.
3 Private Placements in the last 6 months. 55.7 million shares issued raising a total of $3.665 million for current operations.
Good News, corporate insiders subscribed for 21.1 million units for gross proceeds of $1.35 million from the three private placements during the same 6 months. Insiders are putting up 36.8% of the cash needed for current operations. They must believe in what they are seeing and doing. A very small gold producer in a safe jurisdiction with the spot price of gold ready to launch in 2022.
GoldStockData.com Analysis - 9/12/2021
Category: Junior: Near-term Producer
Upside/Downside: 2.0 / 2.0
Risk: High
Winston Gold Mining is advancing their Winston project to production in Montana. This seems like a high-risk speculation bet. Expect dilution as they raise money for drilling and development. The company had a $30 million Fully Diluted (FD) market cap in 2016, then it crashed back to $2 million. Now it has surged to $31 million. Investors must think it has exploration potential.
My comment - Market Cap on Yahoo listed as 17.54 Million. Heads up, Schwab now charges $6.95 for each trade in Canadian gold and silver miners

Thanks for the post.
Mark my words everyone:
Next year (2022) will be our year.
This is the best time to accumulate additional shares while they are cheap. All I want for Christmas is a couple thousand shares.
I am not into price predicting, but I am very Optimistic.
Lets hear your thoughts.
So why does this stock just consistently go down??? Does it have any potential rebound probability anymore?
Has anyone seen or heard any recent updates? I haven't made any calls or dug deep, but outside of the recently announced PP, I haven't seen much in terms of updates.
I want to add that I think both Joe and Murray have enough skin in this game to allow us shareholders to conclude that abandonment is so off the table. IMO the silence and share price are not supported by the trade volumes as of late.G
Craig Hemke interviewed Mr Carrabba concerning this and other delays. I'm just guessing but I think Murray's efforts to go lower in the mine unleashed some water permitting risk that, acc to Joe, is resolving in September. But...DEQ like any other state environmental dept will be running according to their "Covid crippled" schedule. Real tough to make promises to others when your business is held hostage by regulators, in spite of a touted business-friendly handshake. When Joe started talking the small miner's exclusion on a 1940's mine, a piece of me said "the 70's changed all of that".G
Unless they are going to go full production on the main property, no one cares. They have been dragging this out for a year now. There is a reason the share priced dropped from .14 to .04. People are fed up. Why are they spending time, resources and manpower on test drilling an ancillary property when they should be getting the main property up and running? What aren't they telling us?
Still not back in...there has to be a bottom down here someplace but i don't think the bottom is in yet which is pretty amazing since it is a producing mine...never thought it would go this low....
Like i've said before news is basically good but doesn't seem to matter...
Bad management? MM manipulation? What?
Mary Kay mine happenings...
https://www.newsfilecorp.com/release/94127/Bond-Resources-Gains-Access-to-Historical-Mary-K-Mine
I accumulated on the way down as well. Feeling better about that move as the SP stabilized more over the last week.
Good advice Hawaii.
I accumulated quire a bit at .05 yesterday.
I haven't lost faith.
They say, good things come to those who wait. I sure hope so.
They are lollygagging when they should be mining gold. They said the mill was supposed to be operational by late June. Here we are in mid August and they are still dicking around with private placement (dilution). Problem is, when the share prices is flirting with high .04s, who the hell wants the private placement price? You could just get better pricing by buying shares on the open market.
They need to start mining and selling gold. They are a gold mine. That is what they are supposed to do. They have been dicking around for nearly a year now, promising that they will start production. They have zero excuses any longer.
Price hasn't been down this far for like two years....now might be a good time to start accumulating...i remember when i was buying around ten...
News is basically good and still...
This is VERY bad news private funding is toxic for shareholders who all will eventually get screwed. Been down this road before with other stocks and they all eventually were delisted from trading.
This one is beginning to look like another stinky pinky. Additional private funding with possible toxic results. I will keep my shares but am not pleased with what I see happening here.
I said goodbye to Winston some time back @.09. After two plus years I threw in the towel. I had high hopes for them, but time and time again they just can't get it together. Perhaps some day they will.
GLTA
My take is that it is bad news. Hopefully they are looking to expand operations instead of running out of metal on existing gold veins.
Can someone explain in much simpler terms the following:
WINSTON GOLD ANNOUNCES A PRIVATE PLACEMENT, PREPAYMENT FINANCING AND STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP TO CONTINUE TO EXPAND PRODUCTION AND FUND ADDITIONAL EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT.
Should this be viewed as good or bad? More dilution?
Comments please.
More dilution from these turds.

Another ridiculous investment I see I made once again with this 1!!! I averaged down less than a month ago….only to watch it go further down since! Really is something to watch my Fidelity account go from being up $6K mid-February, to over -$3K now! So invigorating! LOLL. An over $9K turn in a downward spiral in a 5 month time frame!!!
I'm with you goodlife.
Let's hope the falling knife doesn't stab us to death.
I loaded up on more shares here today. Buying down. Hope I'm not catching a falling knife.
Tweets,
Am not familiar with the stock or the products to be honest. Am in Ontario, and they are mostly in Western Canada from the looks of it.
As for the stock itself, I’ve to do some DD, but a quick look it looks like a good stock to hold long term or for when their is a new uproar in that industry this could see a good rise is my opinion.
Good luck bud.
Back into the 6-cent range because of another round of dilution and no gold mining because Winston couldn't recognize problems with the mill half a year ago. Thanks!!!
Hi Samuel, BevCanna CSE:BEV Q:BVNNF
Take a look at it and tell me what you think.
Are you familiar with this product in Canada?
I have been accumulating this since early this year.
I'm considering buying more, I think it has great future potential.
I replied to myself on the board by mistake rather than u directly. Sorry bud. U can go their and check my reply to u.
Have a wonderful evening for now.
Yes!
But am not good at knowing if dilution or conversion is taking place!
Am also not the best at technical analysis. I know the basics. Which makes me the worst flipper! Miserable at day trading and short swinging!
But I’ve always been good and successful buying penny stocks with potential T. I do my DD pretty well and ask questions no matter how stupid or primitive.
I don’t pretend to be anything am not as u can see.
It’s 1st of July here, so tomorrow is Canada Day for me.
Wishing all my American peeps the best 4th of July.
Salute to our FLAGS
Thanks 4 your input Samuel.
Do you have level 2 by chance?
I don’t think their is going to be a militarised war with China, cuz no matter how u look at it both countries no matter what others say are completely drained financially. Maybe China is a little better off, nonetheless drained.
As for a civil war in the US, I share ur concerns as well. I would hate to see a neighbour like the US fight from within, but all the indications aren’t that good frankly speaking. Both parties need to agree on the better good of the nation. But that’s just deadly politics and politicians and billionaires looking out for themselves and ignoring the need of the ppl they should be serving. It’s happening everywhere on some scale or another Tweets.
As for Winston, I’ve realised that theirs a whole lot of buying happening but it seems they are either converting notes and that’s why the SP is dropping slowly.
As for Winston, I’ve been seeing some accumulation since May, but the price keeps being dragged down which leads me to belief and this is my opinion that their is some dilution happening!! I hope it’s not one of those huge bleeds. Hopefully it’ll stop soon so we can see this climb back up and not bleed further. Price of spot gold isn’t helping frankly speaking either.
