I don't think this hire can be looked at purely for her CV, which as someone pointed out is impressive.

She has clearly gotten to know the NWBO team over the years, her dad being one of the stories they have promoted.

IMO, this hire has a ton of implications that has more to do with psychology on both the side of LP and KP (KP deserves her name shortened now that she's a player lol) than it does with job fit.

Forget about what she can do for the company based on her resume, think about the psychological state of the parties - KP to take the job and LP to hire KP considering their history.
