So are they saying the new limitation is the fact that it must be done in four days, or the fact that it must be done at all? It would seem that "full prospectus equivalent disclosure" could be prepared ahead of time so that the four-day rule isn't a problem. Afterall, if 1/2 of the equation is a "shell", so there shouldn't be much accounting to account for on that side.
