So hah yourself. Going on 3 generations and at 69 no signs of any major problems except for a little depression.

Not over weight.

No diabetes.

No problems with cholesterol.

BP is 120 over 70.

Granted we have cut back on red meat except for weekends. But I don't think the original pyramid is out of date.

I'm sure good genes comes into play.

But I still fry my bacon in a fry pan and use the grease to cook eggs over easy on Sundays.
