Otherwise please explain to us why he refused to bring up Dr. Bhatt's paper--not in the appeal initial papers, or Reply, and refused my begging to make a rule 60 motion--that probably will be denied by the shareholders due to standing issues that JT has no issue with.

It could not hurt but help to show dr. bhatt's paper--but jt stubbornly sticks to his great "advisors"--as he emailed me once.

all the court needs to see is the mistake of the prima facie case to get the patents back--but jt is happy with status quo--and guess why......
