Hey! I never said I made the recipes, I was only pushing it past the resident expert before I tried!!!

I just hate frying stuff because it makes a mess and it's just another thing I have to clean up. If I'm going to have fried food it is outside my joint.

Love tempura and dim-sum..... Fried chicken is good too but it's a pain in the ass to clean up so I just get it from the restaurants like my pork tenderloins....

I gave my deep fryer away, shit, I don't even eat bacon anymore because of it.

edit: lol it's probably why the dog is looking at me crosseyed. Her original owner was a chef and avery good one.
