Yup, Fritz is WRONG about stating that DBMM is a "timely filer".

This is plainly shown here on the Edgar website:

All those NT filings listed in that document are NOTICES OF LATE FILINGS!

The Enforcement brief stating that DBMM is a HABITUALLY LATE FILER is only reinforced by FACTUAL RECORDS!

Is there anything wrong with filing NT filings? Nope!

But it CERTAINLY does show when a company FILES LATE!!

And DBMM is one of those companies!

Fritz is not accurate when she states that DBMM is a "timely filer"!

The FACTS make that EXTREMELY EVIDENT!
