I ALREADY SAID!
NT filings are perfectly fine.
But when a company like DBMM files them almost every quarter - like this document shows:

Then it’s completely correct that such a company can be called a HABITUALLY LATE FILER!
And it’s incorrect to call them a TIMELY filer. And Fritz was incorrect to do so.
