Know what the ”NT” in NT-10Q and NT-10K stands for?

It stands for NOT TIMELY!!!

LOL!

Even the FORM DESCRIPTION makes it OBVIOUS that DBMM files late ALL THE TIME!

And that Fritz’s statement that DBMM is a “timely” filer is TOTALLY INCORRECT!

I can just SEE the board questioning Fritz about it:

Board: “Attorney Fritz, in your brief filed March 26th, did you state that DBMM has a record of filing financials on time?”

Fritz: “Yes, I DID!”

Board: “Attorney Fritz, the filing record of DBMM from inception to just before the OIP shows 28 instances of NT filings for financial quarterlies and year end filings. This indicates 28 UNTIMELY FILINGS. Does this indicate timely filings to YOU?”

FRITZ: “Ummmm.....”
