Possibly take the time to read my post again.

I didn’t say that the filings weren’t legally filed.

What I DID say is that Fritz’s brief said that DBMM had “timely” filings leading up to the OIP.

She is giving the impression that the Enforcement brief was incorrect when it said that DBMM HAS A HISTORY OF LATE FILINGS!! But it’s true that DBMM DOES have MANY late filings.

Fritz is not telling the truth when she implies that DBMM is a little angel and had a history of filing on time before the OIP!!

There are SCORES of NT filings for the years preceding the OIP! The very definition of NT filings says it all!

An NT-10Q has the description of a “notice of untimely filing”, as does the NT-10K!

If she has THAT wrong, I’ll bet there’s MANY MORE embellishments along the way.
