will give you the same consideration that the 3 Appellate Judges gave her?

It was speculated that because the 3 Appellate judges felt like Singer was almost personally attacking Judge Du in his brief, they quickly, and without comment, ruled in her favor

Now that the Hikma attorney's have outright personally attacked you in writing, will Judge Du believe that they were out of line to make it personal and will view your argument in a new light?

Guess we will find out who she is.
