With that said, why does anyone here SINCERELY BELIEVE THAT, if the "STOP SIGN" which the OTC currently has affixed to INCT is removed, the pps of INCT will substantially increase?

My answer... Because its far more healthy to be confident than to be negative! LOL

We all know deep down its a penny stock and we're most likely not eating lobster, drinking fine wine and smoking expensive cigars on our INCT yachts.... But, what if? What if we picked "that one" than just ran and we all made a couple bucks?
