The intent of my question is reflected in the following question that I posted earlier this afternoon, which is as follows:

Given that the pps of any stock can arguably be considered to reflect the sentiment in a market of the value of a stock, and given that the pps of INCT has continually sunk within the last several days, does anyone here sincerely believe that, if the "STOP SIGN" which the OTC currently has affixed to INCT is removed, the pps of INCT will substantially increase?

I welcome any and all SUBSTANTIVE AND MEANINGDFUL responses to my question.

THE FACT REMAINS THAT THE PPS HAS BEEN HORRIBLE IN THE LAST TWO DAYS AND, AS OF NOW, IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE!!!!!!!

The just-referenced performance of the pps IS OBVIOUSLY A REFLECTION OF THE MARKET PERCEPTION OF INCT!!!!!!!

With that said, why does anyone here SINCERELY BELIEVE THAT, if the "STOP SIGN" which the OTC currently has affixed to INCT is removed, the pps of INCT will substantially increase?

The question - and the concept embodied in that question - IS QUITE SIMPLE.
