I am but unfortunately cannot be of assistance- I have done transactional real estate and construction law for 32 years- have never seen the inside of a courthouse/not a litigator. However, I am fairly highly regarded for my draftsmanship skills, so if you guys PM me a draft I would be happy to look it over/clean it up. For the record, I think it's a fool's errand, I've been playing in the swamps of pennyland for 35 years and the mms are always "one step ahead" when it comes to these issues/compliance, but certainly worth a shot!
