Rule 60 exposes them ( AMRN ) to possible legal class action .

Who reviews the rule 24 filing ...Judge Du ? The first hurdle is ..." You shareholders are represented by Amarin's legal counsel .
If they felt there was no merit to filing a rule 60 motion ...why would you ."...is that about "the guts of it " ?
