So Amarin wants nothing to do with Rule 60.

While normally I would say: they have the legal fire power, they must know something that EPADI II folks do not.

But how could I possibly say that, how could I possibly trust any of their legal takes after their legal debacles over the last 3 years (ITC, Du & CAFC)?

I don't understand why no one had been held accountable for the Du debacles, for them not bringing their A game, for allowing Hikma to distort data and doing nothing about it.

Call me skeptical on listening to anything that Kennedy says until he demonstrates that he can win.
