Hi Rose I’ve been involved in other issues lately so haven’t posted much .

I have read the posts by HK and Marjac and am just struck by the fact that JT and Amarin did not file this Rule 60 and appear to have no interest in supporting those shareholders that did .

How does JT explain that since JT as an individual stands to benefit the most if HK / Marjac succeed .

There’s no “ sorry I couldn’t get our BOD to approve a Rule 60 motion ... but since you shareholders want to give it a try let me chip in and PAY FOR IT “

Rose. I was a Ceo of a small company with a small board of directors. They did not always approve motions I put forward

There’s no excuse for JT’s silence regards Rule 60 especially when shareholders have written to him on this issue
