Algorithm trading happened. It's legal. It's not legal to conspire and set your algorithm to trade 43 million shares to the same entity for the sake of manipulating the closing price of the stock under the $14 options expirations. This is a federal crime and should be remedy by full enforcement of DTCC SLD next week to call all FTD shares back to circulation. This will eliminate the phantom shares of AMC.
