nasdaq isnt evaluating the business that kblb is in...they are evaluating the business itself....the finances...the management...how it is run...the share structure, how they conduct themselves and company business...how they adhere to corporate governess, sec rules etc etc...

I thought that was the case. With all the peripheral stuff discussed about the company, I was beginning to wonder if they took outsider's opinions into consideration. Good to confirm, no.
