nasdaq isnt evaluating the business that kblb is in...they are evaluating the business itself....the finances...the management...how it is run...the share structure, how they conduct themselves and company business...how they adhere to corporate governess, sec rules etc etc...

they are not evaluating the worms...

theres a reason it takes 4-6 weeks on average to get approval or denial...and thats because thats how long it takes...

its a process...but its the same process for everyone...they do pretty much the same thing for every company...it doesnt matter if they make widgets or bowling balls...
