Simple! The PPS was run up from the TRIPLE Os mid last year by illegal WASH TRADING to an unrealistic level and the company has yet to prove that it can crawl out of the huge financial hole its in.
There are nine working business days left in this month for TPTW to issue their SEC 10K. They dont seem to have any trouble issuing useless 8ks, we will see if they can issue a really meaningful document for a change in the form of that 10K on time.
