Anyone watching the trading these days? Last trade was .0036 on 1.2M shares. We have 4 weeks until the judge's hearing and ruling and it appears there has been slow, quiet, under-the-radar accumulation that has started.
I did add some over the last couple weeks when the prices were in the .0025-.003 range because I remember this same trend happened when we were all impatiently waiting for the Mexican publisher to provide the judge's required affidavit. This delay we are experiencing is due to the different calculation the company attorney used for the prejudgment interest compared to the method for the initial lawsuit. Mr. English believes his method is correct but also should have known that you cannot use a different method in a brief, this the delay and selling down to the .002s.
It is my understanding that the defendant, Madero Holdings, has never responded once since the lawsuit was filed and have not responded to this last notification so the company is going to be awarded the $10M default judgment + accrued interest + attorney fees + misc costs. The anticipation of this alone will get us back to the .01 range and the award will get us higher than that... Keep watching!
