Do you think the SEC will dig deeper into his other past dumps and take all his money?

Realistically, how screwed is he? What can happen? Jail? Bankruptcy? Trading ban?

I will assume he'll just trade under another family members name, probably like Hotstockace from Money runners when he got popped by the SEC.
