Bingo! It’s not a RS at .0001, for the sole purpose of reducing shares and getting it to .0025, just to watch it fall back to .0001. Henry said he wouldn’t RS in 2019 and in 2020, when PHIL wasn’t proven to be a minor league player, and he kept true to his word.

Things are different now. PHIL is clearly ready to be a prime time player, and that brings different ways and opportunities to look at how to get to the major leagues, and Henry is rightfully saying he will consider one way to do it.

If he can organically get this above a dollar over the next year, then finds a way to get it to five dollars by jumping to NASDAQ, I’m all for it.

Would you rather be an OTC company at a dollar, or a NASDAQ company at five dollars?

If someone has 5 million shares at a dollar on the OTC, and they have a choice to convert to 1 million shares at five dollars on NASDAQ, which should they choose? Not a tough call, knowing the way of getting to NASDAQ is through a merger or acquisition of significant proportions. Which way will see pps go up faster as well?

That’s why the ACTUAL REASON for Henry saying he would look at an RS, is what matters, not that after 2 years he said an RS is possible, after saying it wasn’t.

Different time. Different ballgame. Different reasons. All good.
