And the whole point is that 6 months later, Henry says an RS is possible, but only if it is part of a process to get onto NASDAQ, via a significant financial transaction, implied as a merger or acquisition.

The issue is whether an RS to get onto NASDAQ, via a merger or acquisition, is any different then an RS at .0001, just for the sake of getting pps to (around) .025

And no, there is no lack of sleep here, but maybe there is a lack of understanding elsewhere about the difference between the reasons and catalysts for possible RS in 2020, which nobody wanted, versus a possible RS in 2022, which everybody should want if it is for the reasons and catalysts Henry said is the only way it would be considered.
