Full financials will be out by April’s per cc possibly with vinafilms in it if all goes correctly.

The cc we were told if vinafilms were in financials we would qualify for up-listing. We will see what happens at the time financials post. This gives us a window to see if buyback was successful or failed. This will also tell us at time of financials if a RS is likely based on total shares and potentially having a major robust/revenue generating company on the books that would qualified Phil for the up-listing.

Some are concern the ceo is just diluting all the notes in anticipation of the later.

Between now and then I won’t post to the board. I don’t want to confuse investors. Maybe you can get clarification for everyone.

I was addressing an issue in the open that was gathering attention from the cc. I’m also taking a ton of push back from new faces here. I’m just an average investor who knows how to look things up and do some dd.

Let’s hope everything is organic with shares buyback as mention and no rs.

Some fail to see how taking shares that move X per tick and reducing the total shares with the RS grants the same level of value/return to an investor.
