I don't think so Vinafilms doesn't even have an auditor working on the filing anymore. They were auditing Vinafilms forever and just can't seem to get that GAAP audit done. Remember this statement in almost every late filing.
The results of operations of the Company for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020 are expected to include the operating results of Vietnam-based Vinafilms Joint Stock Company, a reasonable estimate of which cannot be made until a GAAP audit of Vinafilms is completed by a PCAOB-registered accounting firm.
