I'm trying to keep this board to facts and not spread destructive misinformation. Once the rumor of a R/S gets going it will kill a stock. Been there, seen it, got the t-shirt to prove it.

The buyback is probably well under way and if not, it is what it is. Tanking $PHIL benefits no one by talking about a R/S.
