If he wants to buy them back at a lower price it makes perfect sense to work with the noteholder to keep the price down Otherwise he would have to buy them back at a much much higher price if there wasn't any conversions going on and would have to RS already as he wouldn't have billions of dollars to buyback 20 billion shares with Go Phil and wouldn't be mentioning on the cc not to pump
