I say that because if you havent noticed, what they say they are going to do and what they actually do are very different. A company like this saying they will be buying back shares means pretty much nothing. Often it is the case that the company is dumping more than they are buying back, although I'm not saying this will be the case here.
Dividend is the big thing to get this thing running, to prove the company is legit and actually has money and revenues, and they have apparently put that off indefinitely (a year may as well be forever in pinkie land). Money talks. Bull ____ walks.
Well run companies don't change IR firms like people change their underwear. This company is clearly run by a [edited] in my opinion.
