Court case in Nevada claiming to take over Z HUD

We are really hoping for some announcement or press release from management to not only dispel these rumors but possibly an update on where the company is at and when to expect the next quarter financials. 


The lack of communication from the company or its officers is having a detrimental effect on promoting the price of the stock. Could you please reach out to your US investor friends but at least give us some kind of update.
