If I haven’t said so, I do believe you are correct on this. However, I’ve been seeing timing mirages reflected off alleged “crumbs” for so many years, that I’ll believe it on arrival. I do think they’re trying to time it closer to (potential) approval, as a proactive measure against bears. IMO.
