Would someone please explain to me why this stock had a multi-year history of trading at or near .0003 per share, all of the sudden rocketed to trading at or near .0068 for several days last month, went back down to near the bottom and closed yesterday at .0023.
Is this a real company, with a real future, or just another piece-of-junk OTC stock run by hacks?
