Calissio likes litigation because its the only way to protect its property from market participants that continue to fail to do its duties in protecting markets and investors. So...let the lawyers battle it out! At the very least, precedent can be set and most could have a significant impact on the market. Again a U3 halt is a rare and major event. Why did it happen with this shell?
