It could be argued (successfully) that the reverse split is more likely to be 50:1 because Kim (the CEO) raised the maximum split ratio from 40:1 to 100:1. That indicates that he felt like he needed a higher ratio.

If Kim was confident that he would only need a 10:1 (as suggested), then he would have likely lowered the maximum from 40:1 to 30:1 or 20:1 (or at least left it the same).
