Yes, for that big an RS, it would be. But, Kim is obviously waiting until the big news PRs can be put out like delivery of tonnage to Polartec and a contract with the name in Jon’s closet before making the move to the Nasdaq.

So, the RS is more likely to be 1 for 10 or closer to that. And, if they are able to do this right, the 1 for 10 would simply be an undoing of the 9 for 1 done in the early days for all practical purposes. So, the analogy that you gave wouldn’t hold in that scenario.

I believe you bought shares trusting that KBL and Maxim had that idea more in mind than something that would hurt the company’s market cap and sp.
