if kblb is all that and has so much going on for it, then all they need to do is get to 4 bucks per share and just slide on over to nasdaq...should be nothing to accomplish...

but doing a 1-100 r/s and performing other hocus pocus in order to jump from 17 cents to 5 bucks is not exactly viewed as a good thing...

its kinda like someone spending ten yrs trying to get their BA and finally deciding that what they should really do is skip college altogether and jump right into medical school...all they need is mom and dad to agree and write a check...
