Good observations blue. My calculations show KRMD being about 75% of Horton's holding and 25% of the public float. Regardless of which number is right, it is too high for any single position.

We can certainly expect a reduction in position size. If Horton is using leverage for this position then it would certainly be very bad. Needing to sell in order meet margin calls, causing price to drop further, leading to more margin calls, etc.
