]Will Horton management be forced to sell some of their KRMD position?

https://whalewisdom.com/filer/horton-capital-management-llc#tabholdings_tab_link

If I read this correctly, Horton management owns 11.8 million shares of KRMD and this represents over 82% of their portfolio. This is a huge over allotment that looked good while KRMD was soaring. And might have been overlooked on the incline. But now on the other side of the mountain, and the step decline in their largest position means trouble.

Horton managements second largest holding by dollar amount is URGN and this represents 8% of their portfolio.

I am not on the bridge, but it looks like they might be taking water.
Because Joe Manko is on the board, Horton can not sell until earnings are released. After that, look for Horton management to lighten their holding?[/b

this should be read as a speculative bear scenario. Think for yourself and own your actions.
