Except most OTC companies that are attempting to uplist perform an RS to get there. Might have something to do with the questionable nature of being on the OTC that scares those sophisticated investors away which prevents the stock from rising organically. I'd say even moreso with never-before-Mass-Commercialized tech like Spider Silk.
