The phrase, "Hand held deep tissue electromagnetic device", in the Australia document, is meant to reference the Recovery RX BIEL product.
Its just a broad terminology that is being used by this approval document.
In other words, its not a "large PEMF machine' that they are approving. Recovery RX is small enough to be "held in your hand". This type of terminology is also common with Trade Marks, and other such documents where they broadly describe a classification etc.
