Thats an Odd statement.. it is implicit in your formulation that it is not science if the trial is not successful .. that is exactly my point .. it is impossible to have a serious discussion about the possibilities of whether the TLD results are good enough for an approval or not.
if you think that science only points one way then all dialogue does not matter ..
