Still not sure you understand. My statement was accurate: KBLB does not have ‘Exclusive Commercial Rights to sell their products Worldwide.’

The critical word here is exclusive. That word means no one else can sell the products KBLB makes. Others are excluded from selling.

KBLB has the right to sell their silk anywhere in the world right now. But so do you or I*, except for Canada. This should have been quite evident from my multiple posts on the topic. Sorry I didn’t make it clear.

KBLB only has an exclusive right in Canada. I can’t produce and sell knockoff silks in Canada. Neither can you.

*The caveat to this statement is one I have raised before, but will repeat again: KBLB also licenses patents from the University of Wyoming. Knockoffs that violated those patents could not be sold wherever Wyoming still has valid patents. Many of Lewis’s patents there have expired. The latest has a 2009 pub date, so 2029 would be the latest date that a Wyoming patent would be in force. As the Wyoming patents expire, it becomes easier and easier to create knockoffs of KBLB silk. Which could be sold worldwide right now, except Canada.
