Oh, so you seriously think that the former CEO that is now acting as an advisor will have any ability to stop management from whatever the hell they want to do a week, month or year from now?

Yeah, right!

I can show you a press release from PLKD where the then current CEO stated, "Absolutely no reverse stock splits planned for the company" only to do a R/S 45 days later!
